Die set No.109 & No.110 and set No.111 & No.112 avoid clearance difficulties. Good forming results are assured in a single stroke with these rocker type dies.

Die set No.137 & No.138 and set No.139 & No.140 are recommended for high production flanging operations. These dies hold a sheet flat while wiping a 90° flange either up or down.

Die set No.141 & No.142 is used for wiping a radius on the edge of a sheet. Over bend allowance is built into the die set to compensate for spring-back. Maximum capacity for the illustrated set is 16 gauge.
